During my experience of last five year working with teachers from various school systems, I have seen that teachers respond positively to the training on use of technology (opposite to common belief) once they get to know 'What is in it for them - professionally & personally'. Now the bigger challenge is on the coordinator/ trainer to convey the same to teachers in a simple & most effective way keeping in mind the psychology of a traditional teacher and the system she works in.

A Mind Map is a powerful graphic technique which provides a universal key to unlock the potential of the brain. It harnesses the full range of cortical skills - word, image, number, logic, rhythm, colour and spatial awareness - in a single, uniquely powerful manner. It frees the mind to think, visualize, and understand in ways that go beyond multi-paged linear documents. So when we need to brainstorm, plan, learn, organize, save time, improve recall and manage the details of a complex life, a mind map is a great place to do it all.
